Question about rendering

Dear Friends, I’m using 3d studio max6, and usually for interior rendering I use radiocity, but it always takes long time and some time image is noisy (check picture 27 please, floor). Could you give me advice how spend less time to take same quality or better quality pictures. And please any advice will help me, I’m waiting for your reply

P.S. by the way, could you tell me what kind of salary can I ask for example in UK and in Europe for this kind of job (as you can see my level of knowledge in 3d visualisation is far not good :) , but anyway, people pay to me for this job, but I want to know the correct salary from professional people)

Thank you very much

Look, George, radiosity is, by definition, a very slow method. It's also a very old one, so you won't be getting much speed out of it nor any technical improvements from Autodesk. If you want speed, you should try a few things:

- upgrade your max copy. Release 6 is already 4 years old, nothing is going to be compatible nowadays

- take a look at the new (new? Maybe not that new) renderers like V-Ray, Mental Ray (this one comes with max and the latest release is quite good for arch viz) or even Fry. You'll be surprised.
