denham
RAM player goes thru my image sequence till about the 800th frame but then stops w/ a I/O error, I've concluded this is because I'm out of RAM(memory). It gets closer on another more powerful computer of ours. Has anyone had this error before? The images are 800x600 & there are over 2500 frames in total. I'm trying to look into alternatives to the RAM player to composite this image sequence. Is After Effects/ Combustion the better route? I don't have copies of these programs & don't have the budget to purchase. So I've been trying to do this opensource. I've tried Jashaka & t@b, but both can't handle it either. Does Blender have something similar to RAM player? Thanks

Peter M. Gruhn
You can download a demo of AE to see if it will get the job done. If so, then it should pay for itself quickly.
