daniohayon
Hi Atool, Do you mean one side? The A&D martial is already two sided... Dani
atool
Hi Daniohayon, Thanks for the reply. Apparently yes, need to use it as one sided material. Was looking around for a similar checkbox as with Architectural Material & Standard Material. Would you have the solution to this please? daniohayon
OK...the other way, got it! I don't know how to do that but if you could elaborate on what you are trying to actually create in your scene I might be able to help. jasonluckett
advanced rendering option under the A&D material, check or uncheck back face culling should do the trick. jas
Peter M. Gruhn
I had trouble with this earlier today. Now I can't duplicate it. I think I solved the problem by selecting one of the templates in the A&D material then adjusted to suit my needs. Seems like a hack; maybe a better way. Let us know if this works. wasteland giant
Hi Atool, Do you mean one side? The A&D martial is already two sided... Dani actually, I don't think this is true. I've had to convert the material to a standard material + map the thing again, because some of the material faces would render as invisible by default. Anyhow, I'll check Jas's advance material setting now.

Talk about a voice from the past...this thread is just about two years in the making...woohoo! ...anyway, the A&D mat is already set to be two sided as it's 'Back Face Culling' is unchecked by default. I'm not sure why you don't get it right of the bat, since I can't see a way to make it render on sided mat while using the default settings.
