hey miguel.

sorry...typping too fast and using danish words  .

- u'r vray sun is placed just above the sunshader (don't remember how it is called in spanish), in fact just over your terrace so the sunshader shadow looks odd. get it much higher up, above the terrace.

-new houses do not "look" that new. wall texture looks "too new"

the rest u can understand..rigth?

still, make a bigger render to help us to make more precise comments

saludos....Eric

btw; lets keep it in English...my spanish is geeting rotten :(

Miguel,

Your rendering is quite nice. It has a good feel to it. I particularly like that our viewpoint is under the trellis in partial shade. I don't agree with Eric that your sun angle should be higher. I like how the umbrella/parasol/sun-shader shadow breaks up the floor area.

I agree that the stucco texture needs some work. Maybe sharper edges and smaller scale would do the trick. Or maybe try a hand-troweled finish.

I would like to see a person relaxing under the trellis in the foreground, perhaps sipping a margarita!

Looking very good!
