cain
Would any of you know what and why this is happening to my rendering. What might I do to fix it? Last friday it was rendering out fine and now it is doing this. I am using 2 mr omnis at the windows and I have 6 mr area spot lights in the interior of the space. All my fg and photon settings are pretty normal. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Michael J. Brown
I've seen several variations of these artifacts in the past. All black usually means something different from all green. And multi-color means something different from the first two. Are you using falloff for any of your reflection maps? This, in concert with FG & GI will often cause similar results for me. muchhal.sandeep@gmail.com
IMHO The issue is basically with the glas and steel. try to turn on the highlights and Fg material in it. and try some changes basically in reflection based materials. I had the same problem before. search the forum thr are some post on the same topic before as well. u can get a better solution there in. Tommy Burns
I had something like this before and for me it was that I had saved FG and photon maps and then when I changed the model or lighting these maps where wrong. So I just started afresh with new photon and FG calculations and it was back to normal. Hope this helps let us know how you get on? Tommy
