urgent problem

I´m using VIZ 4 in my windows 2000 desktop. My problem is i want to use it in Windows Me for a laptop. What do i need?

I´ve tried to install my VIZ 4 for windows 2000 and have an error. Is it not compatible?

 

I need it today at 18:30 (spanish time)

dont you mean you've tried to install VIZ 4 for windows ME with errors?

 

bit of advice - DONT install Viz on an ME pc. if you must atleast use win 98.

So you mean that it is not possible to install VIZ 4 in a laptop whith windows ME. There is not a version of VIZ 4 for windows ME?

if it doesn't say windows ME on the box under the instalation requirements, then you cant install it on ME. and no, there wont be an ME alternative.

 

why no install windows 2000 on your laptop?

This is the big problem. It is not my laptop, and i can not change the OS.

VIZ 4 should install and run correctly on ME, although performance and stability are compromised because of the OS.

 

Contact your reseller and ask for his assistance. Your reseller should offer you installation support.
