walk the dog

i have a upcoming animation of a residental project were i'd like to add a person walking a dog, and a jogger..the camera view will be driving down the street..

 

any suggestions on were i may find the dog and walker as well as a jogger..

but i'm looking for a rigged dog, i couldnt' find one either..

 

i also posted over in CGtalk, hopefully someone has one..if not it's not the end of the world ,just thought it would add a nice touch..

Here's a free character rig for Max - it's not a realistic dog but with scaling and a bit of tweaking to the model, you could re-skin it and texture it to look like a dog.
