michaelidesm
Hi all I am generating animation using max9 in avi format and the playback quality is very good. But when i join the various camera paths the end result quality is reduced. Then when i convert the final product into DVD format the quality is further reduced. I am using Video Edit Magic as the video clip joiner and then WinAvi as the converter from AVI to DVD. Im i using the wrong software. Any ideas?? Thanks... notamondayfan
creating avi's from max is a MASSIVE no no! idealy you should export your animation out as stills, such as .png's or .tiffs, and then use another peice of software (such as adobe premier) to import in your stills. you can then control the compression better. i actually use a free program called "virtualdub" which is great for compressing animations.
