white balance RGB VALUES

Hi,

 

With Mental ray MAX 2008, mrPhotographic exposure we can give white point values in kelvin. Which are easily learned from various sources for digital photography for different sun conditions.

 

Does anyone have any reference/ listing of white balance RGB values in vray?

If i am not mistaken they are analogous in working.

Since nobody seemed to answer this, i did some search on the google myself and got this link:

it gives rgb equivalents of some kelvin temp/ light sources, which could be used for white balance in vray.

thanks for the link. Ive just started to play around with these settings in the mrphotographic exposure dialogue instead of just using an exposure value or preset.

 

Its pretty powerful but getting the right balance to get a visually stimulating image while still keeping a realistic setup can be quite a challenge.
