Subcontracting Future work - Fees & Timescales

After completing a recent project and spending far too much time trying to get the best quality my skills can achieve, the thought of subcontracting future work has to be considered.

I would like to hear from all interested parties. If people would like to give me an idea of a cost/timescale to model & texture, (& add all plants etc) a project of simillar size, I would be in a better position to consider subcontracting.

This project was 18 houses with shared pool area, to a final picture resolution at least 5120x2880, and 10x alternate shots from various angles around the site(so whole site would need to be built).

These images are not the final images, and have appeared in a previous post.

I hope to add the final images soon.

This one is updated:

Obviously I am aware that the rates for different people in different countries could vary quite considerably, I am not interested in a bidding war, but a realistic estimate from all artists who could deliver the same or better quality.

Please add links to your previous work as example, many thanks Johnvid.
