Stephen Thomas
Does anyone know how to change the quality of a bitmap applied to an object as displayed in the viewport? I was working on the file on one machine and the image was perfect, but on another machine it is very low-res and I can't find the control to alter it. Stephen Thomas
It's alright, I just found it under the Direct3d driver configuration settings.
nelpiper
Ok, that's the way. On the menu you go customize>preferences>viewports the very last option is "Configure Driver", click it. Then, just take a look the follow screen. That's it, well done!
nelpiper
Forgot to say. You're gonna have to restart MAX. Well done dude! Cheers!
novelh
This happens to me all the time. Quick note for Win7 and Vista. Must run Max as administrator for the settings to stick after the restart. Then you can run max normally. Works great.
