Exellite Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 Hey fellow maxers, I'm having problems creating an angled ceiling like in the image below. The image without the angle is what I have, it's a single poly element. The other pic with the sloped ceiling is just a poly put in the right position, its not attached to anything. Is there a way to do this in the original poly element? I want the sloped bit attached to the main room vertex to vertex so it wont cause problems later on when I start rendering. Any suggestions / links to tutorials or a quick walk-through would be REALLY appreciated Thanks Mark Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
chiquito Posted January 26, 2008 Share Posted January 26, 2008 If I got it right: make a polygon cut all over the edge of the upper border of the sloping piece.
