Ricardo Eloy
I was craving for a node based material editor for 3ds max (as many others here), and really thought this would be the one. Unfortunatelly, the release was promised to last october and, since then, not a word. No news, no new beta nor release date, nada. Even the NodeJoe forum is totally quiet. It's a huge disapointment, at least right now. Does anyone know what happened?

BrianKitts
Next Limit took them over Does that mean it's still coming but it will be late and won't work well for a couple of releases?

Ricardo Eloy
Really? Used a lot here with no problems. I'd expect it to crash sometimes, since it's a beta version, but I found it very stable.
Billabong
it might have been becuase I was using Viz instead of max, It was sometime in the middle last year i think when i tried it at work. SO its hard to remeber the details of why. Only thing I do remember is as soon as the mats got a little complex, it would freeze.
Matt Clementson
It's still in development AFAIk, I think they released an RC build to beta testers late last year.
