ivanjay
I am using my laptop at home which has dual monitor in the office. My exit isolation floater is not showing up on my screen. I think it "floated" to my monitor which is not here. Any ideas on how to fix this? I am stuck and need to get this rendering done today. Thanks!!! Fran
Right click and pick Unhide All or Unhide by Name. Then isolate it and unisolate it if necessary.

You are a life savor, that did it! I was getting ready to drive to my office just to get my isolation window back lol Thanks so much!
womble
A quicker way is to just create a cube or a plane or something, any piece of geometery and then isolate it as a selection and exit isolation mode. This method should maintain the state of hidden objects, for example if you had lots of objects hidden before going into isolation mode they should remain hidden after exiting isolation mode (as opposed to the 'unhide all' command which will of course unhide all geometery). BrianKitts
another good tool to use is called snapwindows.exe (search for it on google) If any of your windows get trapped "off screen" it will pull them back in to view. If you remote in from home and leave your materials pallete or and other dialogue window "on the other monitor" you can get it back easily.
