Hi there,

the image looks alright. Things to look into...

1. Background image needs to be scaled down...it does not match the render size at the moment. Maybe even choose an image where u can see some ground.

2 i would choose light cache as my secondary. 600-800 subd's is enough.

3 irradiance map set to very low and put it at 60/40 (subd/samples)

4 rQmc sampler i normally go 12/2 or 16/4 (samples/multiplier)

5 not sure bout ure lighting settings but i normally put 12 units for sample (for each light).

Hopes this helps, the render is a bit grainy and some anti aliasing issues...maybe try using something else than catmul rom...sharpen it in PS.

Hey Bijoy, thanks for the reply!

What do each of these do? just so I know what to use in each situation

and "not sure bout ure lighting settings" ? what did you mean? I'm using the vray planes for each window to get the light in and the big one outside to simulate the sun and get a diffuse shadow and light effect like the attached picture. There should be a better way though, so please share.

I'm rendering it now, I hope the grainyness gets better because it was one of the main issues with this i think.
