Backburner Blues

Hi,

I am desperately trying to get an animation out the door. I've been using Backburner for a few years now - but I have never had any issues like this one.

I am continually getting an 'Unexpected Exception' error (see attached), and I have absolutely no idea why.

My scene is approx 200000 poly's (divided amongst Xref's), I am using Backburner 2007.1.1 and 3dsMax 2008

Does anybody have any ideas as to why this is happening, and better still, how to stop it.

Thanks in advance
