kiittea
These are renders for a high rise residential units with some commercial space in the front. Supposed to be for a presentation to the landlord. So the design of commercial space not finalized. Anyways here are the renders. Need some C&C to improve it Cheers
Horhe
You asked for it! Image 1: 1) People seem wierd - either the ones in front are too small or the ones at the back are too big. Perspective doesnt seem right... 2) Birds have clouds around them? to show fast motion better use motion blur than gaussian blur. 3) The yellow colour doesnt convince me. Its too saturated. It wouldnt look that way in real life. 4) Sky pixelated could use a better resolution one. If not at least apply gaussian blut a little. Better to have a blurred sky than a pixelated one. 5) Trees in the back (near to the right side building) are waaay to green. 6) Again too much colour bleed from the yellow material on the buildings. Looks like you havent applied a material from the editor slot rather just in the object properies. 7) No harm in having a car closer to the camera - as long as it is not breaking the entire composition. 8) Composition - you could crop a bit of the road at the bottom. 9) Several floors seem to have corrupted faces. Looks like done with boolean under max. Edit mesh to fix those. 10) Palm trees could be a little darker/more contrast. Image 2: 1) A couple of shrubs and small posts done under PS with the stamp tool (soft brush). They are too blurry. 2) Yellow material on bldg - same as in first image. 3) Floor tile too big on the lower right (grouts are stretched). 4) Could use people. 5) Pixelated sky. Other than that looking good.
