arqjuan
Hi Lhanh29, You can try http://www.unity3d.com, I don't use this program, just read various topics in many forums and the reviews are really good. Cheers JC
oluv
i use quest3d (http://www.quest3d.com). very nice 3d-engine. no need to learn any programming language. you just connect logic elements together like diagrams. you need some time to get into it, but with lots of tutorials you can finish a simple walkthrough-visualisation in shortest time. here some screenshots from different realtime projects i have already finished with quest. i am everything else than a programmer, but quest really gives me the possibility to create various types of 3d-models. all lightbaking was made with vray, except the 3rd example, where i used radiosity. Dave Buchhofer
quest is probably the most product for your money, both quest and unity have very active forums with developers who actually answer questions both have fairly decent User Interface widgets now thankfully (That was a major pain in the arse for years.) I personally still use virtools, but i wouldn't reccommend it for arch stuff.
