bwsumruld
Here is a PACU rendering that I'm doing for the nurses so they can understand their new space. I've just noticed that the floor is tiled and i need to fix it but any other C+C would be appreciated before final push... thanks,
Horhe
The curtains look a little stiff thus a bit CG. Even for plastic curtains the creases are too uniform. Try to pull back some curves a little, and bring others closer together. Ive attached a photo to illustrate what I mean. I being probably too picky though but there isnt much more that I can criticise and I certainly cant let you off the hook that easily . Joking. Looks nice. It would really liven things if you could insert a nurse sitting at the desk.
Crazy Homeless Guy
well, it will effectively communicate the space, but i assume you are looking for advice to add realism? .....for starters, i would lower the camera to eye level. it looks high. i also think the lighting is to uniform. ...not enough light -vs- dark areas. you need more contrast in the shadows, and a few harder specular reflections. bwsumruld
Horthe thanks for the crits and i agree that the curtains do look a little too uniform and i will try and work on them. Again thanks, CHG, thanks for your crits as well. I do agree that there needs to be more contrast and i think that would help the area become more alive. I know that my camera seems a little high for the space however the camera is actually at 5'8" this is an existing bldg that is getting renovated so we have a very limited space to work in so that is why it is probably looking a little too high. However, i think i might bring the camera down just a bit to see if it will help the image more. Again thanks for all the crits and i will repost with the results... thanks,

Horhe
Curtains look better. I usually do agree with camera being at a lower angle - but not in this case. The previous shot was better.
blowback
I agree with travis....you need to give it a little more mood with the lighting. Don't go crazy on lowering the camera to the ground....just a bit. Ther rest looks good. Dude.
fourthand11
Would it look nice to work on the lighting inside the actual nurses station? This would bring the viewers eye into that space and set a focus. You can always work the lighting in the surrounding areas in PS.
