Are we the only LW user in Ventura County (CA) doinArchVis?

I was wondering if there was anyone using LW in this area still?

 

To be honest, I am a little frustrated with having to pay money to post on a job board when I have no idea how many potential employees and or resumes there are?!

 

 

Hopefully I am wrong but it seems more fair to pay if we find someone or find the right employer not blindly pay. Is there a way to be sure there is enough people using it in my area?

 

Please let me know if i am completely wrong. (if this makes no sense, it is because the rules of the forum state we cannot seek or offer employment in the forum...we must use their pay headhunter job service)

 

I do appreciate the forum but this particular lack of freedom here seems a bit forced.

Hi,

there should be a lot of Lighwavers in and around L.A. but I guess most work in VFX but maybe some are looking into other 3D Areas. Do you only look for VC residents?

I am going to try the Job posting as I got some good feedback in the "general discussion" posting area.

 

I have and still do have a good relationship with individuals outside of my area...and am always willing to build new ones. At this time i am just looking for someone that can be close enough to meet in person.
