MegaPixel
You'd think I could just approach Cebas with this question rather then coming here but they aren't responding to my emails and what's even more disconcerning is that they don't even list the PSD Manager in their products section anymore. Does anyone here use the PSD Manager and have you found a way to make it work with MAX 2008 yet? I kept my MAX 9 setup on my computer thinking I could just open up a project in it and do my isolations that way, but no.... there's no backwards file compatability in Max.... Thanks for any help in advance. -Pix
Matt Clementson
Strange that you've had no response from Cebas - certainly didn't see a posting on their forums from you either. Anyway, PSDM should work in MAX 2008 - simply copy the .ini entries you have in MAX9 for PSDM into your 2008 .ini files and it should work. MegaPixel
Thank you Matt. I'll give that a whirl. I didn't know if I'd have to go through the whole license request process again or not. It's been a rather tedious process in the past getting the licenses transfered for new version installs so I'm a little gun shy on this process. -Pixel
Trick
I did not get any answers on my emailed questions (mailed 28th) about PSD-Manager either. Maybe they are on a holiday !

MegaPixel
Giving you all an update, I was finally able to get ahold of someone at Cebas and got the latest and greatest installer for 3DS MAX 2008 32 bit. I guess the original MAX 9 64 bit installer should still be used for 2008 64 bit. I have things working for now so thanks to all who participated. -Pixel
