Geoffc Posted March 11, 2008 Share Posted March 11, 2008 I see a bunch of architects using a simplified rendering system / image type, I think both out of lack of 3d ability, and perhaps more importantly for a more schematic look for their conceptual designs. Kind of a trendy look in the schools. Here is one example: http://www.tmarch.com/projects/residential/salzburg_sternbrauerei_housing_competition/3 What do you think this is, form Z? Just Max raytrace? I'm curious, because I'd often like to produce similar simpler imagery for conceptual designs without stepping into the realistic realm of vray or the more classic hand look of sketchup.
