Scott Erstad
Yes I do, sorta - he uses a kite though. So if your spot is tight, or if air traffic is an issue, a may be a no go. He is in Madison actually, and has a full time job, but very good reasonable prices and willing to drive. Craig Wilson. He will need a site plan, rough cam elevation desired and some verbal direction on what you are trying to do. I am not at my rolodex, but google him and see what you find, or email me for further info. I will CGA-PM you with my email. Another, more pricey option... There is a mini- radio controlled helicopter team in Milwaukee. Skypan. they are real good, and can nail altitude - in increments. http://skypanintl.com/press.htm Hope this helps... Dan J
Not certain what type of shot you're trying to get, multi elevations for panoramic views or a distance shot toward a specific site....?? I've used an aerial (ballon) photographer before in Portland Oregon (Skyshots) and there are some limitations to using this type of setup- calm winds, no night time, and no buildings close by. Chicago's nickname the windy city, so I don't know if ballon photographery is going to work in your situation. There are alternatives- photographers who use telescoping poles or poles with guywires, Helicopter or airplane. If you know someone with a scaled helicopter and a remote camera setup you might have a side company to develop? I realize this may not help much, but thought I would give you some feedback. Good luck.

Big misconception, Chicago is not called the Windy City for its winds but a reference to the political machine and its blowhard politicians of the early part of the last century (and today). "The nickname arose in connection with (1) the longwindedness of politicians, both residents and those visiting for political conventions; and (2) the city's many boosters who commended the western metropolis to the world's attention (worlds fair)."
