Roest
Sorry to say, but i find it a bit boring. maybe some fresh colors? plants? or something to make it more intimate/homy.. your camera target point is the chest, if you do so make sure you don't use the same books on every shelf. good luck! bonciutoma
i kinda agree that the image is a bit boring but I think it's mainly becouse the lighting and camera position. so it's a matter of tweeking keep it up
AJLynn
It's kind of boring subject matter as well. It's a corner with some stuff in it - who would get that rendered? The books repeat a lot, the lighting and materials don't pop. I think if you're going to have a render of something like this it needs to be executed brilliantly - so it's "this Pieter guy can even make a brown couch in a corner look good"

mattclinch
needs jazzing up. its a dull colour palette, and the image doesn;t seem to serve a purpose. why are we looking in the corner of that room? what is the focus/reason? on the plus side i like your suede material. would like to know the material setup on that... demo38
evermotion african mask collection strikes again! LOL... Rendering is looking good, but have to agree, try more drama in the camera angle / lighting. Replace the sculpture with... about anything.
