By real i mean, i did a few before but only spent like 5 hours max on them. this one, probably put all 15 into it, maybe even 20.

so what do you think? all constructive criticism is welcome. I'd like to make it the best i can.

Also i'm new to this sphere of vizualization. the thing that i find peculiar, is that all i got from the client where some very rough blueprints. and basically no information on the design, so i had to come up with all the design by myself. Is this normal? Or do you usually get rough artist impressions or something?

Cheers,

Aleksey

fj: modelled some patched of grass, and then tiled them.

Tanni: it's an hdri effect. The client wants the rendering to look like photos on another website. And on that website the photos are exagerated hdri's so because of that you get the wierd lighting inconsistencies.

good job on the grass. I think the size of your roofing is a bit large. Your garage door appears to only be about 6' tall and from the look it would be a 2 car garage door, if that is the case, then the car is to large or something??? The tree between the driveway and walkway seems out of place and the driveway looks to be higher than the walkway. Good start..

In responce to your pm I am answering here so others may be helped or offer help too.

You have got some interesting ideas going on here. I like the way you are trying to show the life inside in house and the general mood of the peice.

However, modeling issues aside the composistion is working againt you. It feel cramped, there is no breathing space. The yellow car pulls the eye away from the potentially interesting focus of inside the building. Pull the camera back and change the car colour. Open the blinds to see more into the building.

Play more with the lighting, there are some very nice colours in the sky map, use those it enhance the mood more. Use the lights on the pathway to lead the viewer into the image. The same for the entry lights, have bothe the up and down light shining. Soften the suns shadows amd possibly move the sun angle around so its glancing the front of the building, this will add more contast and depth the the textures.

As I said there is potential here, with a few tweeks it could be a great peice
