Jeff Mottle
There has been a long ongoing discussion in this thread about the merits of supporting our industry organizations. The final result was a call to action from the CGarchitect community. We are challenging members of our community to join the ASAI and volunteer 40 hours of your time over the course of a year to help grow the ASAI and expand its offering to meet the demands and expectations of its members and the industry. I have already had a meeting with the board members of the ASAI and they are 100% behind this "membership drive" and volunteer effort. The ONLY way to give our industry legitimacy is to support and contribute to our industry organizations. If you would like to post your thoughts, please do so in this thread I will be updating the list below until we get 50 volunteers from the CGA community. Then we take over the world! I encourage everyone to rise to the challenge and help support your industry. SIMPLY POST YOUR NAME TO REGISTER YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE LINK PROVIDED ABOVE NOTE: The ASAI is a worldwide organization with members from all over the world, so you don't have to live in the US to be a member.
