ludo21
good day, I'm working in "so-so" linear space, and thus I'm saving my sequence into single 32bitHDR files, so that I can script-adjust exposition before saving to 8 bits... I'm saving 1 file/frame. My scene is a lil interior scene with an exterior HDR background mapped spherically. So far, no problem.. when I'm saving individual frames into HDR files, all is fine. But when I'm rendering a small sequence (even 3 frames), saved in HDR format, the background is displayed black not anti-aliased between the 2d trees, and it appears only though the trees' transparency.... weirdo... And when I'm saving the same sequence in JPG format, it's all fine, but very dark, naturally... EDIT > 2 images showing the problem attached ; Any help ? HELP !!!! thanks in advance, Ludo
ludo21
I must add that the problem disspears with HDR Low pixel format (to be used when no Gbuffer is present)... would this all be a G-buffer problem ? I raised it from the default 10 value to 15.. it didn't help with the full 32 bit HDR sequence format "bug"... I may switch to LDR HDR then... ludo21
yes, my friend, this looks like an "alpha" problem indeed... But I don't save any alpha in those HDR files... well, I'll check it out anyway..
