aXYZ a big thankyou

hi all

 

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to a great company providing great service and genuine understanding. We recently purchased some mocap libraries from aXYZ and unfortunately due to some very dodgy power outages that data slipped through the backup system. I sent an email to aXYZ and asked if it would be possible to download the data again but as our window had expired I wasn't confident that they would agree. Then I realised that in the US it would be Saturday and we probably wouldn't get an answer for 48 hours, we had a tight deadline and couldn't wait that long so we bought them a second time.

 

When they responded they said that it was no problem to download the files again and when they found out that we had paid again they allowed us to download other libraries to the same value.

 

great service and a great product.

it's been a while since I have posted......been very busy professionally and personally and I am hoping to show alot of our recent work very soon

That's really good to hear - it's nice when a company provides good customer service. I've always had a good experience when using AXYZ too.

I would like to add that when I purchased AXYZ people, I accidentally typed in the wrong email address. They tried to send me the information, but it was rejected and sent back to their servers as an invalid email address. They went to the effort of logging into the company website, and sending an email to the contact listed, saying that someone purchased content, and must have typed the wrong address. Our person then contacted me, and AXYZ fixed the email address. Good customer service indeed.

I'm also a big fan of AXYZ. I had a few minor issues and they resolved them quickly. They have a high quality product and great customer service.
