The Trickster
Hi Guys, Im hoping someone out there can help me with this problem! I need to do a sunlight analysis on a site im working on and im well aware of the sunlight/daylight function within max. However, what im trying to find out is if there is a more accurate or scientific way of measuring the effects of sunlight to help with the design process? Thanks in advance to anyone who posts! JamesTaylor
Phil, i asked pretty much the same question not too long since - here's the thread http://www.cgarchitect.com/vb/28759-accuracy-viz-max-sun-system.html edit** of course i was only interested in the shadow positions etc. not sure if you are questioning the accuracy of the light levels received or irridance values at a given point when using the sun sky system? mattclinch
second vote for the light analysis tool in 2009 design. as a side note - great name and great avatar Philip. Trickster is one of their best (although obviously it's meaningless.... )
