Town house units WIP

This is one of those rushed jobs - started yesterday and has to be finished tomorrow. I'm not a fan of the finishes but that's the client's call, not mine.

 

I'm not happy with the trees as they are - good 3D trees seem to be very hard or impossible to come by?

 

I have RPC and am planning on putting a couple of cars & people in the scene - how would I go about adding motion blur?

 

Also, I tend to not do anything in photoshop as I don't really have a clue. Any hints on what would be a good start?
