parker2740
I cant tell if its the scale of the people or the trees, or something else Im not seeing. Any suggestions?
dbibb
Your camera is too low, so it is seeing the scene in a way that no average person would see it. I usually put my camera somewhere around 65" off the ground. Try moving it up, and see how that looks.

AJLynn
Plus, the people and trees aren't quite right, the large glass arch isn't structurally feasible and the window mullions aren't right - the perfect glass plane would be broken at the mullions. chutti
i think your camera is ok.....but if you get rid of those people first this scene should look just fine. mainly because the lighting on them doesnt match with the scene. try use some 3d peoples if you have any to correct the position, proportion & lighting. good luck....
