STRAT
try turning the secondary multiply down (or switch off secondarys even, you dont have to use them just because you feel you must), and turn the saturation down a few notches.
mayamax
you can play with secondary bounces .... just reduce the value of it...

redzuan3828
here the image that I adjust. 1) secondary bounces = 0.1 2) Saturation = 0.96 What do you think STRAT & mayamax Can be better? How about my setting any suggestion to make it better? Edited June 3, 2008 by redzuan3828
STRAT
i think you've gone a bit overboard try the suggestions we said, but dont go as far as you've gone. good scene lighting/gi is also dependant on your main lighting rig and material set up and not just the gi settings. your problems wont be solved purely on gi settings. as it stands it looks like you need a fair bit of work in the general scene lighting area too
Mr-JosE
It looks to me that your white material is super bright. What you could do is add a vraycolor map to the diffuse slot of the white plaster material and just turn down the multiplier a tad. Keep rendering until you are happy with the brightness of the material in the rendering. Using the brightness and darkness multipliers in the color mapping settings affect the entire image and can be more a hinderence than good. Hope this helps! Ky Lane
Yeah, Id drop the sunlight intensity, up the GI a little and use Exposure values to get it right...
