vray with enfuzion

i am tryin out enfuzion to render a animation in vray and the problem is that the output is coming but it does not take the ir map and light cache. So the renders are all black and wierd.

 

can some one help me solve this problem or kindly suggest me another render farm manager that is compatible with vray.

I have been using enfuzion software for the past 3 years, and tested it using V ray on 100% cores & a million jobs, but the stuff did not even crash!! From the problem your having it looks like 3ds max could not find the V ray plug in, I have had the same problem myself, but this is not related to enfuzion, this is a V ray/3ds max problem.
