Horhe
Hey Dave Im liking it lots! I like the warm bright lighting and look, plus the toilet has an interesting design. What bothers my eye is that the flowers are copied an mirrored - I wonder if it wouldnt look better to leave just one set in and remove the other. Seems it will look nice all in whites and creme and just the flowers having richer shades/colour/tones. I like the blog layout aswell, Ill be checking once in a while what youve got posted up there! Cheers
Dave Buckley
thanks, its the piece of work i'm most proud of to date, bit confused as to what time of day i'm tryin to convey, thats just how the render came out, wasn't really going for a 'time of day' just wanted some nice lighting in the scene, ideally i wanted to do it at different times of day, say, morning, afternoon, sunset and night, but i feel that the angle of light in that render is more true of a setting sun, in which case there should be more orange (warmer) and slightly lower intensity? also in that render i have artifacts around the base of the shower entry and i don't know what they are from>? any ideas? and also if that render was a sunny 2pm shot then would the light be on in the shower? i guess so as that area doesn't receive much sunlight? your thoughts guys?
