myshtern
Hi, I'm looking for opinions on changes the the facade. Preferably no changes to the structure only recommendations to the materials used on the exterior, stone, stucco, siding, etc...
frank1331
Can't really make out what you hve as materials. But asking what people think of colors/materials opens up a discussion on personal prefernces. It would be best for you to decide upon your materials/colors and then repost a better image and let people comment.
einstain
as for me,first of all you can think to change colors.. ground floor can be light yellow, cream upper floors can be dark red... or another colors.. but if you do different colors like this building can looks like better.. for balcony paraphets,u can use glass.. sutcac
Get rid of the "belly-band" horizontal trim, or at least don't place it not-quite-at-the-bottom of the decks/window pop-outs. Those things always bug me, just look really "tacked-on". Bring your block/stone wainscoat at the base, all the way up to the top of the first floor. Differentiate your colors/materials from one level to the next. Maybe block/stone at the bottom, stucco mid-level, siding at the top? Just some thoughts.
