kxmengmeng
ALL OF PARAMETERS ARE HERE. I attached it. Some one reminded me maybe I need to change the setting of white balance. But I don't know how to change it. Help! Thanks!
Joseph Petrino
The "custom balance" of your vray camera is blue.
Fransiskus Febrianto
Maybe it's the camera white balance.. or it could also be the light's color.
kxmengmeng
but even I changed the blue to white or black, whatever, the blue shadow could not disappear. Mybe i need to change other setting not only the color, I don't know! So weird!
Dave Oliver
if you export the scene and post it up im sure me or somebody could get it to render without the blue very quickly and shoot it back to you
bully712
Try changing your Cameras White Balance to Neutral and see what that does. I typically use this white balance, and it turns out fine.
AJLynn
What other information can you give us - Lighting? Materials? Any chance at all you've got an AO or Dirt shader in there with blue in the Dark swatch? What's your GI situation? That looks more like GI or occlusion than a straight up shadow. I see you're working from a saved IRMAP file. Delete it and recalculate.
adamcuomo
you need to decrease the multiplier for the GI color. Try .4 instead of 1.
