Peter M. Gruhn
I used to be able to set max to Below Normal priority, start a render and then go use my computer productively. Now I can't even type. Even priority set to lowest. It feels like priority is ignored and left at normal. Anybody else? Clues? - gruhn
AJLynn
No, priority works for me. Is it hogging memory?
Crazy Homeless Guy
I don't use priority, but I do use affinity, and lower the number of processors it is using. I also recommend Process Tamer. It automatically adjusts the priority depending on how much of the systems resources a process is using. http://www.cgarchitect.com/vb/22745-couple-cool-system-applications.html#post156675
