Zolren
I noticed that imported splines (linework) using the Legacy .dwg import format are more accurate then using the MAX 2009 Autocad .dwg format. Is the main difference between the two mostly found in linework / splines? Obviously there are more options in the newer import format but is it overall less accurate even with solids / walls and all? Why is the new format messing up on linework and not the legacy format? Why is the new format messing up on linework and not the legacy format? it's a bug that's always been around and apparently not high on the development team's priority list. the problem is that Bezier Corner vertices are inexplicably turned into Corner vertices. I recommend always using the Legacy format.
Antisthenes
i know how to get around this by using a companies tools who listens to it's users to correctly keep your accurate curve data interoperabily between most every format.
