Architecture and Decay

Contrary to the usual clean, shining computer generated whizz-bang images we do see in representations of urban spaces, the reality is often very, very different. The city of Dublin has only recently seen some of its better 'ghetto' architecture erased for the sake of corporate investment/greed. I feel it is important to record a little bit of it now and then for posterity.

Spooky Japanesse dereliction is brought out graphically by some of the photography on this website. Somehow, i imaging this kind of dereliction was only found in first person shooter military pc games.
