Attached is small house I put together to help me learn Mental Render and putting together a realistic exterior rendering. There are things I like and things I don’t like about this image but I really need some feedback on this right now to finish it, so please C &C most welcome.

The sky reflection in the windows looks wierd. It doesn't match the same lighting as the background sky. Also I would an occlution pass to give your rendering a little bit of a dirty/lived in look. I think the modeling is good. Just take a look at the reflections and maybe work on having the lighting match the model and the entourage.

Textures. They need variance. Once a texture is tiling the eye will immedietally catch the pattern and call is CG.

Doesnt matter what your lighting solution it is, seamless textures is a must.

I have changed the windows and the scale of the stone. I have noticed the patterning of the roofing material, I guess I need better textures or is there away to vary the map of this jpg? I could use a good tutorial on doing windows for exterior rendering; do you know of any out there?

I have also added some occlusion in Photoshop, but I think I need more practice with this method to get it to work for me correctly.
