I encourage you to continue using your lunch break reading a forum or two. You will grow and develop very well from that exposure, and it also improves communication skills a good deal also. That is why i believe mobile phones have become such a crucial item for people nowadays.

I came across this really nice website for photographers - what is special about it, is that you can listen to the man and women themselves speak in quicktime clips about their own work, their experiences of taking the shots, the type of equipment used and other little photographic technical triumphs they enjoyed.

 

It particularly liked this man,...

because, i find that designing architecture is similar. You really do have to experience the reality of a site before imagining a design.
