BillyElNino
Overall a good feel to the images, some minor points: (I'm new to this rendering lark so I'll leave it to someone else to critique your lighting in detail) - If you're going to do very close detail images you need to put the time into getting the models right. Your pebbles will not work as a texture that close up and will need modeling. As a Cinema 4D user I could suggest solutions but I will presume you're a Maxer. - As above with the naked flames on the candles. Get onto Google images and type in candle flame, it won't look like yours. Some real work on those and their impact as lights on the scene is needed (there are a lot of them). Think of the circle of light they would cast onto the adjacent walls. - First image has yellow orange cubes as lights on the soffit. I would suggest thinking a little more about the detail of the light fitting and modeling something more detailed. They are also causing strange burn outs below each but not all lights. Is this a piece of glass below them? Unclear... - Get some nice white folded towels around draped on some of the chairs. What kind of Spa has no towels! - Texture alignment is good for the wood except the last image on the Dado rail, it needs rotating 90 degrees. jameson101
hey there petyodenev, welcome. Your images are looking good. some comments I hope they help. Image 01: The lighting in this image is not the same and not as good as your other images, The yellow lights are looking really terrible, I dont know whats going on in the scene but it is really ruining the image. The blue light is alright just a bit over bright. Post your lighting setup so we can really see what is going on. Image 02: Lighting is better, are those ceiling lamp shades, if so is their a bulb inside it. I agree with BillyElNino, you must get a different candle flame material. Your backround image is too blurred, not real DOF Image 03: Put Displacement on pebbles, Change candle flame material and maybe try a different candle material. Image 04: This is a good image, good lighting nice materials. Just the candles and dont clone the bonsai, change it a little. Hope this helps

birdman67
Also, chamfer all those wooden edges a bit...not all the same, either...make it look more natural. Also, get yourself a really good hi res wood texture to start. Looks good, keep going....let's see the updates when you're ready!
