Animation w/ moving camera and objects?

I am trying out Vray 1.5 SP2 to see if I want to commit to the new version, but I am having trouble with consistent animations and can't seem to find an answer anywhere.

I am trying to render a scene of a building with a slow moving camera around it that also has moving cars and people walking around the building. I am getting the common flicker problem with inconsistent lighting and/or colors on the materials. I am using the Vray Sun/Sky and Physical Camera.

Any advice or links to help on an effective and relatively time efficient solution is greatly appreciated.

Look into the animation render type. unfortunately there isn't any real solid way to deal with that problem.

the animation irradiance type will save the irradiance map every frame, and use several frames of time to 'blur' the lighting temporally to help minimize the effects of the moving objects, but even that is still a very very time consuming process. albeit faster than the alternative of DMC/Light Cache.

best bet is proper planning and splitting the scene up and compositing, but that comes with its own set of issues ;)

Update:

I tried rendering the IR map first using the Animation (prepass) setting and then rendering the final images using the Animation (rendering) setting using the previously created IR maps and it came out perfectly in what seemed to be pretty decent time.

The moving objects and camera all turned out very well. I rendered an image sequence of .tga's to maintain top quality.

Thanks for your advice!
