Noisy gradient horizon line issue

Hi,

 

Third time lucky i hope posting regards to the horizon line effect, this time i'd thought i would send a still of what im talking about. one with motion blur and one without. the one with has a nasty grainy line the one without does not? please help, please i've tried so many settings i think i'm going in circles. I'm using hdri set to 0.3 for GI.

A bit long before and not to the point

Hi,

 

the gradient line was caused by ref glossiness set to 0.85 and at 1.0 the line is pretty much gone, but the reflections are more clear, is there a way to make the reflections onm the ground less clear?

 

and how do i post images as nothing seems to work in the image attach thing and as i have less than 10 posts i cant use links or url things. even though i used a link in my last post? bizzare. what worse is when it tells me this it blanks my message... how annoying, fifth time writing this now!
