RODRI
you need an environment (hdri, jpg) and may be some photos for the final composition (trees, people and cars). you can improve your glass and grass. correct the point of view of your camera. luck! Magnus_Alexander
Believability can be better achieved by creating "human scale." Having entourage will help a lot, as you can visually gauge the proportions of the people vs. the building. However, in your images, it may actually make the building look less believable, because certain elements are seemingly out of scale. Try breaking up your glass panes with some mullions (either through geometry or texturing); creating glass panes that are feasible in the real world makes the image look less fake. nanderson2008
I have changed my lighting from using a direct light to VRAY sun+Sky. It now wont let me use a half sphere anymore for my environemt because the scene wont light. This means I dont get the reflection in my glass of the ocean (which is behind the camera). Ive tried putting a plane behind the camera with a hi res image on but it wont reflect, and I cant see any problem with the settings. I dont have any HDRI maps, is there a way I can get the reflection of the ocean image? Or is there a way to set up a sphere with an image on whilst using VRAY sun+sky? Cheers. karolisbilz@yahoo.com
create sphere and cut ir i half and delete the half that u don't need......aply the sky trought material editor.......easy as that.....only u have to have the right image.....sky for instance.....because if u put smth wrong like sky backround which is not panoramic ur sky will look even more fake than the buildings in ur first renders.....u althou u have improved a lot keep up the good work
nanderson2008
Cheers for the comments so far, my building is slowley improving. Here's the latest render with a bit of post work in photoshop (background). Please criticize. The sphere vray light that I am using for the sun reflects as a big circle in the entrance dome window, does this look wrong, if so how can I stop it reflecting? It's already set to invisible. Does anyone know where I can get any free .tga files of people to add to the scene in photoshop? What about the camera angle? Would it be better repositioned, for example at head height(1.8m approx) looking up? Thanks again.
karolisbilz@yahoo.com
first of all the cars are realy bad.....loose them or do smth ....cause they look out of scale ....just looks realy weird ( in a bad way) .....also the backround is to red and 2 dark for the scene....also put a higher resolution to ur render and try different angles....don't use only one camera put 3 or even more, from different hights and angles and when u have several 4-8 pictures u will be able to find out whitch are good..... althoe u're improving , good job
