well this is a new one...my xrefs are moving!

In my office we're making the transition over to Revit for the architects which means that they're doing the modeling of new bldgs in Revit and then I am file-linking that in pieces into Max, materialling them with vray materials and then rendering as xrefs within a whole bunch of Max context.

 

The Revit file-linked geometry pieces are Xrefed one file which is xrefed into my Main file to render where I have it linked to a dummy object so I can move it to the correct location in my city context. In my file, everything's fine and when I test render with single frame irrandiance map everything's in the right place. But when I send it to the network to render it's like six city blocks away... I think it might be moving to the origin but I have no idea what to do about this. any ideas what might cause this? I'm stumped... and of course it needs to work by tomorrow... ;-)
