How do I get rid of lights reflecting in a piece of glass?

I have a bathroom (small room that daylight/sun cannot illuminate), and I've rigged up an array of soft lights that provide a nice, soft illumination of the room. However, the lights are reflecting in the glass divider for the shower!

I've tried a number of things:

* Select light -> unticked Renderable

* Select light -> unticked visible to camera

* Select light -> unticked visible to reflection/refraction

* I've gone through and made sure the lights are set to LAYER PROPERTIES

* I even hid the layers with the lights

They are still visible in the glass reflection.

Can anyone offer an idea on how to get rid/hide the lights' reflection in the glass?

Failing that, should I be looking at a different lighting solution for the ensuite/bathroom? I'm a big fan of using external light as the primary light, but it's not really possible in this room.

Thanking you...

PS: Not really sure what that 'caustic-looking' effect is on the tiles.

Select the light, and go to the modify panel. There you can untick effect specular, which is under advanced effects, though it may effect the overall lighting condition in your room.

Your lighting solution is fine, because in reality you could have a grid of lights on the ceiling, though I have never seen a configuration in real life like that. You said you wanted an even lighting solution across the entire room, but trying to do it by scattering lights around is probably not the best solution. You might have more interesting results by using fewer lights, and increasing the number of bounces around the room to fill in the light for the rest of the room.

Good idea, but the window is VERY, VERY skinny and the sun isn't facing it. At all.

I am a HUGE fan of sky portal, but no matter how high I cranked it, it just wasn't bright enough. No where near. :(

I ended up cutting the number of lights in half, and doubling the output of the remaining lights. I did that enough to get the number of lights down so it didn't look like a Football Stadium!

But good suggestion and I appreciate the assistance.
