Hats off to MR Materials!!

Just a quick message to say hats off to the guys at MRmaterials.com for opening such a useful site. After being open for only a day, there are already loads of great materials ready to use; ideal for the beginner/those who don't have as much time as they'd like to create materials.

 

For those that don't know, mrmaterials.com is a community site for sharing Mental Ray materials; something that the community has been needing for a long time, and somewhere where people can learn about creating good Mental Ray materials.

 

If this hasn't already been, I think it should be mentioned in the front page news as so many people are going to benefit from the site..

 

Anyway, good work guys; I hope to be able to learn a bit, and hopefully contribute at some point in the future...

Yeah looks great but anyone else having problems logging in I keep getting this message:

I check the spam filter here in work and there is no validation email there, also I can't find another email link on the website. Any ideas?

Had no problems when I first loged on, given that its a new site there will be a few glitches.

 

Considering that Jeff and Richard have been working on this for a year or so its going to be a fantastic resource. I for one am really looking forward to getting behind this one
