ArchiCAD 11 and lightworks

Hi

I am interested to know if someone here uses lightworks with archicad11, at version 10 of archiCAD lightworks was not a good renderer (i mean the lightworks package that comes with archicad included), so if someone could show images made with archicad 11 and lightworks here, it would be interesting, to see the differences.

From version 9 it's really good! These examples I found on my computer are from 2006 so I guess it's AC10

 

In Ac 11 and 12. Use one skylight with quick method, intensity 75 and the sun from the photorender (not the lightworks sun objekt) settings at about 120 and ambient about 30 and uncheck camera and check lamps.

That's a rough start for you!

 

AC can be blistering fast with a good render but if you want really good stuff try ArtLantis or if you want the best go for Maxwell Render.

Hi loop,

yes in fact i work with artlantis, it's not common to see renders made in archicad and rendered in lightworks, even when it is the renderer by default, i was guessing why?,. Maxwell is superb and works very well with archicad, but i don't know if is difficult to learn.

perhaps colud be a nice idea put here some comparison images between lightworks and artlantis, i think they're similar renderers.
