Kopeykin
Since the most charming 3d visualizer in the world became a master and one of the leads, Kopeykin has a weakness to help anybody with 3dsmax or VRay or any part of architectural rendering. He is always busy but can find some time for everybody. So if you have any questions, Kopeykin will be proud to help. English is not his first language, so Kopeykin asks to be patient. Tommy L
OK, well I'll be the first to bite. Im having problems with distributed rendering with imported Revit geometry in Max and Vray. Basically, it doesnt work. The nodes return the error "warning: rendernode not responding". If youhave any ideas, please let me know, Thanks in anticipation, Tom. shaneis
Well, you've survived 5 hours worth of doubt, dismay and speculation from the CGA folk and you're still here and chipper-to-boot. You truly are a charming chap. Welcome! S.
Nic H
u r teh second coming of jesus imo what is the shortcut to bring up the material editor?
Kopeykin
It's easy, because this community is friendly. To Tommy L: I often use Revit-VRay and didn't have this problem. I've asked some clever guys. Nobody knows. I think it's a problem of scene hierarhy. Your nodes don't want to eat your geometry. Just check all parameters, materials, normals, vertices and kill all revit history. Leave clean geometry. For material editor shortcut is "M" if I understood.
